Is there anyone out there with this exact brand of prebuilt from Gateway who is successfully using a GTX 750 card or better? I want to upgrade my video card from the HD Intel Graphics but I want to ensure I buy a card that will actually fit the Acer Made-in-China motherboard. I already replaced the PSU to a 600Watt.

I don't own a motherboard of that particular make, but you should have no problem upgrading your GPU since the motherboard has an Intel Intel H67 chipset which is fully compatible with most modern GPU's like the GTX series.
If you have enough PCI-E lanes, then you should be fine.

I am so frustrated. I have 2 computers, neither of which can play WoW Bfa.

One has I5-3570 with now non-working MSI R7850 Twin Frozr III with Win 7 64bit operating system. It keeps freezing and shutting down. It is running on Intel Graphics 4000. It is plugged into the video card. If I try to play WoW it says "unable to load 3D Accelerated Graphics." It is 5 years old. It has a 750 watt power supply and about 4 fans. Full tower case. z77 pro3 mobo. The CPU looks dirty and clogged with dust. I am afraid to buy a replacement video card because I ended up reformatting Windows and it's probably configured all wrong. It currently freezes and shuts itself off. Tired of rebooting it into safe mode, waiting for recovery, only to have it happen all over again.

One is a Gateway DX-4860 that I am using now with integrated Intel Graphics. I5-3333 CPU. 600W PSU. Unknown Acer mobo. GPU does not appear to be upgradeable it is in a tiny case with 1 fan. I am no tech whiz what if it ends up leading to black screen again or incompatibility.

I bought a CyberPower Gamer PC off Amazon and ended up returning it because when I turned it on the video card didn't work and I got black screen.

Maybe I should just give up playing WoW, but I just bought BfA....I can't decide whether to a) buy entire new system b)buy new video card for old system that shuts down all the time now c) buy video card for Gateway that does not have an audio card and which is also in a tiny case with only 1 fan and is not supposed to be a gaming computer.

Finally how do I get rid of all these computers without having private data on hard drives stolen. I have a total of 4 desktop cases already!
