This one then, the GTX 1070Ti is a waste of money, either get a GTX 1080 NOW as the prices are very close or wait until the new cards comes out and get one of those.

Are you dead set on a 1060? pcpartpicker isn't the best for prices but it's useful as a guide, how about an RX580 8GB instead?

MERGED QUESTION
Question from floridaguy727 : "need help ??"

For the price range, i'd personally just get this out of all the other H370 Motherboards. Offers an excellent feature set for the price and well designed. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VDkj4D/asrock-fatal1ty-h370-performance-atx-lga1151-motherboard-h370-performance. That said, the main difference with the Gigabyte board you listed is it has onboard WiFi, which wouldn't be bad to have if you need it and don't have/want a separate adaptor. Hope this helps! :)

Just another heads up, you're spending a lot on the 1060 6GB. With the current pricing you can save a fair amount by getting an 8GB RX 580 instead, which is generally the marginally faster card. See here > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MsWfrH/xfx-radeon-rx-580-8gb-gts-xxx-ed-video-card-rx-580p8dfd6. Or if you're an MSI guy > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/TTfmP6/msi-radeon-rx-580-8gb-armor-oc-video-card-rx-580-armor-8g-oc. That would save you enough to upgrade elsewhere if you wanted, they also come with a free games package at the moment.
