Is my RAM defective?

I recently upgraded from windows 7 home to windows 7 PRO. I did this to increase my RAM capacity. When using windows 7 home I had 32GB installed, but of course was limited to only using 16GB of it. I used my machine like this for about 6 months. Then upgraded to Windows 7 PRO. Ever since random programs have been crashing or acting in odd ways and I've been getting many blue screens. The system isn't highly unstable however, it can last throughout an entire day or two without a bluescreen. The most sure fire to way to cause a bluescreen is to do a full scan with Kaspersky antivirus. However this isn't always guaranteed and it has completed one or two scans successfully, but majority of the time a blue screen will occur. Firefox also seems to crash a lot when I open a tab with a long YouTube video within it, same with Chrome.

When I installed the RAM I didn't modify anything in the BIOs. RAM I had installed previous was "8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)".

The RAM I installed was "Corsair CMY16GX3M2A1600C9A Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Kit Gold": https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00DECV9IS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I installed 4x8GB sticks, bought in batches of 2.

I did a memtest and found on 4 passes that my RAM failed test 7 with a high volume of errors. It also failed some other tests with 1 or 2 errors.

My specifications:
Intel Core i7 4790K
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Extreme Water Cooler
OS: Windows 7 PRO
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Ranger
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 32GB (4x8GB)
Hard Drive: 1TB SSD Sandisk
Secondary Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB (Hybrid 8GB SSD)
Third Hard Drive: Kingston 120GB SSD
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4GB
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Internet: Asus Wireless 802.11AC 867Mbps MIMO PCI-E card
Case: CM Storm Trooper
PSU: 750W Corsair RM Fully Modular

Windows dump files and MemTest86 Results: http://www.mediafire.com/file/xcaz84m0y11jv4i/Dumps_and_MemTest86.zip/file

So it appears that after expanding to 32GB, a lot of seemingly RAM related issues started to occur. So does this indicate one (or both) of the two sticks of RAM that are now being utilized due to me using Windows 7 PRO is to blame?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Solution
Run a hard disk test program, maybe that is failing.
Seagate will have some software on their website
I like Hard Disk Sentinel as a warning - I recommend that as well
Also if it is failing test in RAM - then the Ram is faulty, but good news, RAM has 5 year warranty - sadly I think you are over that.

Yes, it was a complete fresh install. I've done a few fresh installs to try and rectify the problem.
