My pc won’t turn on

Hello. I recently bought a new fan for my pc and when I tried to boot it up the pc turned on for half a second and then turned off. Now I can’t turn it on. I tried removing the RAM but it didn’t help. Was wondering if anyone could help.

Ryzen 5 1600
Gtx 1070 ti strix
MSI B350 pc mate

New fan as a new case fan? If so then I'm guessing you may have knocked some cable/connection by accident while installing it. Make sure everything is seated properly.
