Hello people! I'm new here so bare with me heh. I need some help with my PC. It's been doing it for the past week-2 weeks. I've already tried reinstalling the windows, reinstalling the gpu drivers and also trying with the old drivers. Aswell i have cleaned my PC from most of the dust which i didn't have much. I also tried some tests like chkdsk, Prime95, memtest64, defragging etc. I even bought a new PSU (Seasonic 650W Focus+ Gold), because before this problem, i had a different one where my PC would turn off on it's own and again, mostly in gaming, but it doesn't do that anymore after i replaced my 5 year old PSU. It could be related as i suspect that maybe it's the motherboard or the gpu. The cpu fan is also acting up now that i can't run it at as high speed as before and making some real weird noises. Maybe it really is the motherboard? Please help :(

My build:

MB: Asrock Z77 pro3
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 970
CPU: I5 3570K with Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
PSU: Seasonic 650W Focus+ Gold
HDD: WD 1TB
ODD: Asus Blu-Ray Drive
Sound Card: Xonar DG
Fans: 2x CM JetFlo 120mm
Case: CM 690 II
OS: Win7 Home Premium
Monitor: Asus VE248h

Update!

I forgot to mention that when the problems started, i had a power outage so it's possible it might have damaged some components.

I would say they're not high at all. GPU 70C at the highest, but depends on the game of course. The temps for the CPU are about the same under load.

Yes, mostly even ~65C. I'm quite positive that my temperatures are fine and i'm pretty sure it's my MB that's going to the trash, but i can't be certain. Right now as i'm typing this, my CPU fan completely stopped working for 3-5 secs and now it's normal again going at ~1500rpm like it used to before it worked well. This just shows that it must be the motherboard, right? Also, i didn't write out something really important before... the problems pretty much started when i had electricity cut off and i guess it could have damaged the motherboard.

As i had stated before, i already bought a new PSU after the power outage, because i thought it got damaged. My PC was quite randomly turning off and on, but mostly in gaming and it doesn't do that anymore. Now it's turning off the monitor and i can even still hear the sounds. For example, yesterday i was playing League of Legends with my friend and the monitor had turn off but i could still hear my friend over the voice-chat so i had to a hard restart. Though, i can still try the program you recommended just to be sure.
