Input not supported is appearing over my screen

How can i remove input not supported message that is floating my screen. I cant change the Hz because the monitor is listed as generic non pnp monitor and i dont know how to change that.
I use neovo K -a19 monitor
AMD Radeon R9 380 series graphic card
