Hello. Im buying sind new Hardware for my PC, i never did it before. I don't have much money. I was going to buy the gtx660ti, and a PSU, because the one I have doesn't even have a Pcie connector. My Pc would be this: i5 650, gtx 660ti, 8gb RAM. Would the be quiet pure Power l7 be okay? I know that its not a new PSU but would it be enough for my old components? I know, you shouldn't buy cheap PSUs but for my one it's okay?

Which one? You did not say the wattage. The 350watt version would be pushing it. One of the larger versions should be fine for that system, I would have no issue using one of those PSU's with a system like that.

The 530watt one, but it wont "explode" like these Ms tech things, right?

No lol. Be quiet does not sell any truly terrible power supply's to my knowledge. It is not a quality PSU but I would not worry about it failing and taking all your parts with it, or burning down your house or something dramatic like that. It is nowhere near that bad. Should be fine for your system.
