Yes. However I don't know how good of a performance you'll get in GTA5. It might not even run at all. GTA4 you can do and it should run. I'm assuming you are playing in 1024x768 resolution?

The card should work. GTA IV was poorly optimized for PC so that might not run good enough to play. GTA V should be playable on the lower settings and maybe at 720p rather than 1080p.

I highly recommend 8gb system ram for GTA V or you will have stutters in framerate.
