CSGO Running at Low FPS with 1080 Ti

My system specs are in my signature. The title of the thread is pretty explanatory. I have a 1080 ti and I get respectable frames in PUBG, Rainbow Six Seige, and the Witcher 3. Yet in CSGO I only get 100-120 fps. Changing video settings doesn't seem to do anything so I'm not sure what the problem is.

What resolution are you playing at? CSGO is a 100% CPU bound game. Ryzen are very dependable on high speed memory to gain FPS in games. While the 1600X is powerful, it isn't better than a intel i5 because of limitations. A different CPU and or faster memory will yield more FPS. I am able to cap out at 300fps CSGO with a 6 year old i7 3960X using a 1080TI. Jump up to 2k (1440P) resolution and I sit around 180-200.

I'm playing at 1440p. I am seeing 230 fps on load screens. But in lobby and in game still low.
