What Cpu Should I have to run a Minecraft server?

Hi! I have looked around a bit now and I cannot find any answer what cpu I should use to have 300 people online. I have thought about AMD Ryzen 5 2600X cpu. I have a budget of 250$ for the cpu. Also I will have like 5 differents servers running at the same time, and with like 14 worlds.

Research the CPU specifications for a minecraft server and do bear in mind the applicable requirements with respect to motherboard, cooling, disk drive, PSU, etc...
