Building a pc, it had issues where it did not want to power up with the graphic card in it. I bought a new pay and same results.
When I boot it, the USB ports are not functioning properly except 1 that only supply’s power to keyboard but doesn’t let it actually function.
Anytime I unplug or plug something in to the USB the screen spazzes out and ethier blue screens like not bsod the screen just turns blue and then changes to the please reboot and select the correct boot media like fifty times.
With the keyboard plugged in the jump as light just blinks furiously. It is almost as if the pc is overloading with power or something.
