Good evening just after a bit of advice on the best way to transfer data from 3 older hdd to 1 newer larger hdd.

at the moment i currwntly have windows installed on a 120gb ssd drive.

i have an old 2tb hdd full with games and media

1 x 1TB hdd filled with the same

and finaly a 500gb hdd.

I am looking to swap the 3 HDD's for 1 x 6tb or 8tb.

thanks

If your games are steam games, there is a procedure to move such games from one drive to another.
Otherwise, I think you are looking at reinstalling them.

It might be best to start with your 2tb drive and clone it to the 6/8tb drive.
Then, take your lumps with the other games that need to be reinstalled.

Probably, a easier approach would be to simply add another drive for expansion.
You might need a new case or a sata expansion adapter card.

And... 120gb is too small for a windows C drive.
Buy a Samsung evo as a replacement and use their ssd migration app to move all to the larger ssd.
