R9 285 with a Thermaltake litepower 450W?

Hi.I am thinking about buying a used r9 285 for around 71.18$ and i want to know if a Thermaltake 450 w litepower psu can handle it alongside an i5 7400 ,8 gigs of ram and a 1 tb hdd. Thank you.

Not recommended. The R9-285 needs at least a 520W w/2 x 6-pin. Your Litepower has a +12v rail rated for 324W max. Too close for comfort. Under heavy load, the R9-285 can consume ~300 system watts, most of which will be on the +12V rail(s).
