Can i overcloack b350m-a motherboar

Hello there,
I'm building a PC and i want to know if i can overcloack my graphics card or my cpu with this followimg motherboard or not.
Motherboard : Asus prime b350m/a
Graphics Card : Msi rx560 4GB oc edition
Cpu: ryzen 3 2200G
I want to boost my cpu and overcloack my graphic card but I'm not sure my micro ATX motherboard's PCU can hold it.
If i can, how much can i overcloack them and what cooling system will i need? Like 3 case fans would be enough or what?

Don't try to push that motherboard too hard since even though you'd be OC'g a 4 core Ryzen that board has no heatsinking on the FET's.

Whichever Wraith cooler comes with a 2200G is doubtless good enough at stock frequencies but once you overclock you'll really need a...

Whichever Wraith cooler comes with a 2200G is doubtless good enough at stock frequencies but once you overclock you'll really need a better one. If you opt for an air cooler you'll want all the fans your case can support. The more you get in there means better cooling at lower fan speeds so that it's not too noisy. Dunno how much heat your 560 will dump in the case when overclocked but it only exacerbates the problem.
