What motherboard do you have? The manual will tell you exactly what each pin is for.

That looks like an OEM board - generally speaking they use proprietary designs, and are not easily transplanted into "standard" cases.

Where did this board come from?

This is a Packard Bell iPower G3610 mobo and i couldnt find any manual for it

Looks like the PB used "all in one" connectors for the F_PAnel. That'll just need trial & error to find the correct spots.

Yeah, I don't think that they even made that information public. I'd probably use a multimeter to try to figure out the pin placement.

The fans spinned for a second when i connected the pc to the wall. But thats all. Still cant turn it on
