1600MHz DDR3 RAM clocked to 800MHz?

Is there anyway I can clock my RAM up to it's advertised frequency? Here are my PC specs:

Your RAM IS clocked to the advertised frequency. The "DDR" in DDR3 stands for double data rate. That means that the memory can transfer twice per clock. So 1600Mhz rated RAM is correctly clocked at 800Mhz.
