Windows thinks my new SSD 'may fail soon'

Hi, I'm a new user
I was trying to install windows 10 to my newly purchased galax gamer l series SSD (my custom PC is entirely new).
When I was installing it using USB boot Drive, the progress freeze when the progress says "getting files ready for installation (50%)"
I decided to wait but after waiting for an hour and half and still seeing no progress, i look up stuff online and one of the article said that i should turn the PC off using power button https://www.easeus.com/partition-manager-software/getting-files-ready-for-installation-stuck-at-0-1-10-100.html
I did that, then i would plan to reinstall, but windows setup said that 'windows can't be installed on this Drive, the disk may fail soon'. I already tried to deal with this problem by reformatting and stuff using diskpart command, but the problem still there.
Did something 'trivial' like this actually harm my SSD? Did I do something horribly wrong like pressing the goddamn power button while windows clearly was trying installing itself into my SSD, or is there actually a simple solution to fix this? PLS Help guys!
Sorry for my bad English

If I remember correctly, I could do it every time I tried to reinstall windows on that ssd, but it refuses to do that at one point. Then, I chose to install Windows 10 on my HDD instead and it worked.
Just a minute ago, I tried to format that SSD and it says it was succesful. However, the windows installation files are still there even though it should be deleted (right?). Disk management says that SSD is healthy though.

Yeah, you are right. Just the other day I install crystaldiskinfo and it says my ssd is in bad condition. I guess I am very unlucky to have my ssd broken on day one. Thanks for replying :)
