Hello. I'm planning to upgrade my rig, to replace my fx 9370 and I was wondering if this would be a good combo. Thanks in advance.

I will get a B450 for much cheaper. If money is not an issue, get 2700X with the combo.

what do you need on that X470 while B450 can not provide?
If that X470 is a must-have, sure it is a good mb and good combo. If there is a big price diff, you may get 2600 and OC it to similar level.
