Hi all,

Currently with this setup i use the case fan as intake and an old Cooler Master fan connected directly to the PSU as outake:

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 w/ stock cooler
ASUS a320m-k
XPG Spectrix D40 RGB 3000MHz 16GB (2x8GB)
XPG SX6000
PowerColor Red Dragon Vega 56
Cougar MX330

How can i improve my air cooling or any other suggestion?

Regards.

The Cooler Master fan is connected to the MOBO header and the other one is connected to a 4-pin cable of the PSU, and is installed in the front of the case.

How can i check the temperatures?

Not only I think that is not enough for my parts but it sounds a lot under load.

Im using an Cougar MX330

You can check your temperatures using HWMonitor.

Take the case covers off and see if that makes a big difference.
Direct a house fan at the innards.
If it makes a big difference look to case cooling solutions.

Sometimes a careless cooler mount is at fault for high temperatures.
A common mistake is to use too much thermal paste.
It can act as an insulator if you use too much.
A rice sized drop in the center will spread out under heat and pressure with no air bubbles.

If the cooler fan spins up, it is likely because you are getting hot.

Your case should have two 120mm front intakes and a 120mm exhaust.

Thanks for the explanation, well this are the results with the case cover still on and 10min of Prime95 (SFF) + MSI Kombustor:

CPU max - 80c CPU min - 41c
GPU max - 67c GPU min - 39c
