Will my CPU Bottleneck?

Hi, Im an i7-4770k user, pretty happy with it, Im gonna upgrade to the new RTX Cards, probably the 2080 non ti.
Will this upgrade cause bottleneck because of my cpu?
My 4770k is running at 4.5ghz stable.

The newer Gen of GPUs aren't released yet, but I doubt it.

Even these days, your CPU is one of the strongest in the market. Only 8 generation is a significant improvement over past generations.
