Reset my OS on NVMe SSD

Hi, I got a new Metabox Alpha N850EJ delievered yesterday without any storage. I added an Intel 760p NVMe PCIe M2 512GB as primary OS location and Seagate 2.5" FireCuda SSHD for storage.

With a bootable USB I installed Win 8.1 and all good, but WiFi etc were not visible in settings. So then I started installing the drivers. After 1st restart, the Win 8.1 screen doesn't show any login options and it's stuck.

On Google, I saw similar issues on Win 8.1 and people suggested to go in safe mode using Shift key while reboot. But that doesn't work. Even all F keys or delete also can't take me on boot menu now.

If OS would have been on a 2.5" connector, I could have taken it out and wiped it off. But I don't see any way how to wipe the NVMe nor, there is an adapter for it for any other interface.

Two questions :-
1. Life was easy when disks were completely erasable to wipeout virus or format to remove some OS, but with NVMe how you try to do this ?

2. Another question is obviously how I fix my OS ? I am going to ask the company for instructions, but they are in different time zone.

TIA !
