RAM, CPU Issues

I recently started having performance issues with my custom setup and i have had it for 8-ish months. Games like Rainbow Six Siege and Warframe will experience major frame drops and i have never had this issue before and i cant figure out whats wrong with it. In the task manager it uses over 70% CPU and almost 100% memory. I have scanned for Viruses and nothing comes up. Please help idk what to do.


Specs.
AMD Ryzen 5 1500x oc to 3.7
Corsair Vengeance lpx 8gb
GTX 1050ti 4gb
1TB Seagate HDD

Is the game using that much itself? Or is that total usage? If you have an anti-virus program & it isn't Malwarebytes, get rid of it. Anti-virus programs are notorious for eating up massive amounts of PC resources.

Stop any & all additional background processes that aren't necessary.
Update your OS, BIOS, & all drivers.

On a side note, if you get some extra cash, invest in an SSD for your OS drive & use the HDD as storage only. Seriously, this makes a huge difference
