I shutdown my ups yesterday. Pc shutdown and open again.I dont see any problem.Use HDD Tune result is perfect.My question is computer Could there be a problem I can not see.I use 3 days look normal.does the single power interruption even damage the computer? Thanks and sorry bad English

artena92 , a power surge, lighting strike or loss of power can affect your PC components. It is a good idea to have a reliable UPS and PSU. Also, you never know when disaster can strike. Always have a good back up plan in place.
Basically you want:
3 copies of any data you don't want to lose
2 different mediums it's stored on (so 2 different drives in your computer, for example)
1 copy kept offsite, to prevent against disaster. Let's say a lightning strikes your house, you want a copy somewhere else so you can retrieve it.
