Will 24gb RAM work?

I currently have two 4gb sticks of HyperX fury RAM (2400mhz) and I want to buy 16gb RAM (HyperX fury 2666mhz). So in total i will have 24gb of RAM. Will this work?

MOBO: ASUS B-350 F GAMING

Will 24GB RAM work? - - sure in theory. Whether new RAM will actually play nice with the existing RAM is another matter entirely. No way to know for sure until you try it.


To avoid that potential problem, many upgraders throw away or sell their existing RAM, then buy matchings sticks to start over.
