My first build for my son.
I7 4770 (non k)
Asus H81 mobo
Seagate 1TB (2x500GB)
HyperX FURY 8GB 1600mhz (2x4gb)
MSI GeForce GTX 960 OC 2GB
Gamemax 500W PSU 80+
A gaming casing with led fans
Stock cooler.

I already have 2 "144hz monitor" so I will give 1 for him.
He likes playing CS GO and fortnite. So will the GTX 960 2GB will provide 100+ FPS ? Else the 144hz monitor will be of no use...

Yeah its okay. Did you find a good deal on that used or something?

The 960 should get around or over 100fps is CSGO 1080p at the proper settings no problem. Fortnite will be a little tougher, im sure you could get around 100fps but he will likely have to play on lower settings to achieve that.

My only gripe is that power supply, pretty low quality. But it should be enough for that system.
