Internet disconnecting if i use the wifi

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my internet, while i connect via wifi with my mobile phone I suddendly lose the connection to the internet it . I dont think the problem is in the phone cuz if my brother use's the wifi from his the same thing happens.Really need ya help.

Who manages your network's router?

Most likely you will need assistance from whomever has the necessary administrative rights to the router and its network related settings.

Why: my thought is that there is an IP conflict, likely a duplicate IP address.

But there could be other reasons and router admin rights are needed to address those issues.
