I have very little knowledge about PC components and the lot. I've been struggling to get more than 60FPS in games like Fortnite and other battle royale games.
I was thinking, would adding a GPU make my PC's gaming ability better? Can I actually even add a GPU? Would I get more FPS? If so, what's the best GPU I can get for my current PC?

I don't mind playing games at low settings as long as I can run games like Fortnite and PUBG on a decent resolution like 1366x768 at 60FPS+, then that's fine with me.
