I built my pc, and booted it up the first time. I plug in my usb keyboard into the motherboard usb port but pressing del or f2 doesn't work. I've tried resetting the cmos battery, but im unsure if I did that correctly. Do i just have a broken motherboard?

You need to plug the USB keyboard into the USB 2.0 (black) port, you can't use the USB3.0 or USB3.1 ports yet until you done the win10 installation, because there is no driver for those USB3.0/3.1.
