Hello, im trying to build my first pc but my budget is super tight. In Argentina prices of good cpu's are out of my reach. So after some searching i've narrowed down my options to three different builds.

Im mostly going to use the pc for daily tasks, some office and web searching for my studies, and very light gaming, mostly indie stuff like Darkest Dungeon and Hollow Knight and maybe some Fifa.

System 1:
Cpu: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300
Mobo: Gigabyte GA G31
Ram: 2x 2gb ddr2
Gpu: Gt 550ti

System 2:
Cpu: Amd A6 7400k
Mobo: Asrock A68m Dg3+
Ram: 2x 4gb ddr3
Gpu: R5 iGpu

System 3:
Cpu: Celeron G3930
Mobo: Gigabyte H110m-H
Ram: 2x 4gb ddr4
Gpu: Intel Hd 610

These are more or less the same price, i haven't looked at better cpu's because i also have to buy a new monitor, i was thinking of putting a Thermaltake Smart 500w 80+ on the system i end up buying.

On one hand i could afford the old quad core and pair it with a used gpu, most 550ti are around my budget but i could also go for a r7 260x.
But on the other hand im afraid the old system won't be as good for daily usage moving foward, so i don't really know if i should just buy one of the other two, since i can find them new as well.

Looking at so many benchmarks and comparisons has made me numb, so which one is more worth the money?

Solution
I would definitely look into G4560 B250 combo, at this stage just play with IGPU. Add GPU later on. CPU/MB and ram can buy used imo, but GPU and PSU better buy new.

Around $10000 ARS. I mostly use fullh4rd.com.ar or compragamer.com for new stuff. mercadolibre.com.ar sometimes has similar prices for new products and is what i use to search for used parts.

First off, I would NOT recommend system 1, It is just too far out of date with DDR2, and only 4GB. just barely enough to run Windows.

Second, I would not recommend system 2, again just too old tech. DDR3 wouldn't be used if you ever upgraded.

So, of the three systems listed, I would recommend number 3.

As far as the PSU, according to this:
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/ the Thermaltake Smart series of PSUs is rated as tier 6, not good, just slightly better than the "Do not use with any computer related hardware" tier 7. I would recommend trying to stay no lower than tier 3.

As stated before, If we knew your budget, we might be able to come up with something better.

What exactly does that budget have to cover? You list systems and other parts. So, it is confusing if the budget you listed must cover everything or just part of it.

These are the basic parts of a system.
- Motherboard
- CPU
- RAM
- Monitor
- Case
- Hard Drive
- Power Supply
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- GPU
- Optical Drive

Which of these parts must be covered by your budget? Do you already have any parts? Do you need an optical drive or do you have an 8GB USB flash drive available to create an OS install drive?
