Network connection not working on Gigabyte Z370 Gaming 5

I just installed windows and the gigabyte drivers and utilities. My lan connection is not working. A wifi network icon is in the tray and it sees my wifi network. The lights at the lan cable connector are blinking.

Anyone know what I have to do to get this working? The drivers installed the intel lan drivers.

Hmmm thats odd...I have the Gaming 7 and had no issues. I just download the latest Intel Lan driver from my Gigabyte support section for my motherboard and installed it...worked fine. In Device Manager you should see under Network Adaptors - Intel Ethernet Connection...

also make sure your network adaptor is not of in the BIOS...
