I would like a CPU & Motherboard compatible with this setup and under £200, Any Recommendations?

Will be used mostly for gaming

Build:

  • ■ 12GB DDR3 RAM @ 1333MHz (Unless I sold this for DDR4 if that's a better option?)
    ■ Zotac Nvidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB
    ■ ATX Size Case
    ■ 1TB HDD
    ■ 500W Power Supply

Also, I would like an M.2 SSD Slot and space for 4 sticks of RAM if possible?

With DDR3 RAM that locks you in with Pre Ryzen and Skylake. So the Intel Haswell generation, that's the 4xxx series. With something that old I"d recommend looking for used CPUs on ebay and the like to get a good deal.

An i7-4790k is about $175 used in the US so about £137. So that represents the high end.

Would a GIGABYTE GA-AB350 GAMING 3 AM4 Full ATX Motherboard be better or worse or the same than the one you listed?

Any board with DDR3 will not have a full speed m.2 slot. Nvme x4 slots are 32Gb/s. You will be limited to 10Gb/s. Your best bet is to sell the DDR3 and buy DDR4.
