How's this build for mostly gaming?
CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 2.8GHz
MB: Gigabyte Z370PD3 ATX LGA 1151
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3000
Storage: SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB, WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM
GPU: EVGA GeFirce GTX 1060 6GB SSC Gaming
Case: Corsair 100R ATX Mid Tower
PSU: Corsair CXM 550W
OS: Windows 10 Home

I chose the motherboard because the reviews werent that great on the boards that didnt support overclocking. I know I cant overclock this cpu.

I think that's a great logical build. There are fine b360 boards. If you wanted to save a few $$. Or even upgrade to 500gb m2 ssd. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/FrostyFresh/saved/p7rr6h

Some may like the AMD over the i5. But I think you go with what you feel like there. If you wanted pure gaming you could probably go to an i3 8100 and a gtx1070 for about the same cost. But I think the i5 will be better to have down the road.

(Besides the case and a different brand gpu, I had that build already saved for a friend of mine. And actually I like that case better now that I see it)

Current stocks of gpus may be discounted even further when nvidia's next gen gpu goes on sale... and when nvidia's partners start selling their cards. watch for sales/rebates. if you're not in a rush to build, you could save some money by waiting. good luck
