Gtx 980ti Blue dot screen

Hello so I just bought a second hand gtx 980ti I’ve been in contact with the guy, because for some reason every time I install any kind of drivers to it (old or new) the pc just gives me this blue dots on the screen and also black screen after certain point, I don’t know what is happening I erased all drivers and re installed them, we’ve re flashed it and it still doesn’t change. I’ve also tried changing ports from hdmi to dvi i and it kept doing the same, please let me know as soon as possible, if not I’m returning the card back :(

I think I am today, the guy agreed to give my money back, i just felt bad because it’s the highest power gpu I ever bought and this happened :/

I paid 250$ he is giving money back today I might buy a cpu motherboard and gpu for 320$ :) God is good
