So recently i had to reinstall my laptop for certain reasons and before i installed it i was able to get normal download speeds (average 3/4mbps download and 5+mbps via steam).
But after i reinstalled windows i cant get higher speeds than 1mbps via browser and 1.5 via steam, My internet sometimes times me out while loading sites like google now.
I have tried to look for driver updates, win10 updates etc. but all are up-to-date.
i also have followed these two guides which did not help

I really do not want to reinstall my windows again so if somebody could help me and give me some "possible" solutions that would be greatly appreciated
Edit: all other devices on this network have no issues with internet connectivity
