High GPU usage after some time.

Hello, so recently I started facing this problem. When I boot up my PC, games run normally with high, stable frames. However, after an hour or so, the GPU usage suddenly goes to 95-100% and frames dropped from 60 to 30-50. I do not think there is something wrong with the GPU because its quite new. GPU is overclocked.

What I have tried so far:
DDU / uninstall old drivers and install new drivers or use another driver version
Roll back Windows build to 1709
Lowering in game graphics settings after problem occurs
Relaunching game
Playing with stock settings (No overclock, I use MSI AfterBurner)
Malware scan (MalwareBytes)
Restarting PC (Only fix I can find now before happening in another hour)

When the problem occurs, the GPU temperature is around 60-70 degree celsius.

Here is a picture with the problem in-game (Monster Hunter: World) https://imgur.com/a/2lEgscN
Without that problem I would be getting solid 60 frames. I have tried Heaven Benchmark 4.0, without the problem I am able to get 110 frames in the first scene, never dropped below 100. With the problem I only got 30 frames in the first scene. So far I faced this problem in Rainbow Six Siege and Monster Hunter: World.

Specs:

i7-7700
GeForce GTX 1080 TI (Zotac Amp! Edition Extreme Core)
16GB Ram
Evga G+ Gold 80+ 750w

Hi thanks for your reply. The scan found 10 threats and have cleared them. Unfortunately, the problem persist.

All 3 fans are definitely working as intended, parts are intact and has not been dropped.

Without problem

At idle temperature at 45, fan speed is 7%.
Temperature rises to 60 and fan speed is about 25%.
Temperature hit 68 and drops back to 62, since then fan speed is 45%
Temperature 70, fan speed is 70%
All of this is from Monster Hunter: World

With problem
Temperature 50, fan speed 25%
Collected from Rainbow Six Siege
