Games crash after 3-4 minutes of play

mother board is a gigabyte GA AB350- gaming 3

problem I have is when I start fortnite or overwatch after 3-4 minutes my game starts getting visual glitches and then crashes afterwards.

Problems after a while smells like a heat issue.
Take the case covers off and direct a house fan at the innards and see if that helps.

OTOH, graphics anomalies are related to either a Graphics card defect or a lack of good power.
I might suspect the need for a game patch, but with the same symptoms on two different games, likely not.
I assume you are using the current amd driver.
If you can, test with a different card or psu.
