Weird, sudden gpu fan noise/grind (how to fix?)

is there any way to fix it?
Possibly without tearing down the card? (which might seem unlikely)

that was sound of cheap fan, those cheap things use some sort of oil or what ever they put in, which doesnt like dust, get some vaseline..there should plenty of youtube videos on how to take apart fan
its about to die anyway so if u break it, u can always replace with another fans, if u dont break it, u will save some bucks

I set it, it hits 80 degrees and I find it too much, it makes the crackling noise even at lower fan speed
