1050Ti Stuttering In Games

So, my GPU usually pumps out around 60fps in basically every game I've thrown at it, 1080p Medium and High on some games. It never goes above 66°C, and is at 100% usage too. But today it started stuttering, I use MSI Afterburner to watch what it does and it went from 100% to below 10% usage every now and then causing a lot of stuttering in the game. I've applied an overclock of about 100Mhz on core and 140Mhz on memory, can't go too crazy as it relies on PCI/e power not a dedicated 8 pin. Anyone able to explain why it might be doing this?

CPU AMD Fx8350

I checked drivers and as far as GeForce Experience is concerned, it's all up to date

I tried that and still stutters, I've restarted my pc twice since. And the second time my pc seemed to ignore that I had a second monitor

Stuttering is often the result of lack of cpu capability.
If your cpu is overheating, it can throttle and lose performance.
FX cores are very weak anyway.
What is your motherboard?
You need a better than average motherboard to control temperatures with a FX-8xxx.
Check your temperatures.

What has changed since all was well?
Perhaps your cooler has dislodged or is failing.
Perhaps you have malware.
A 60gb ssd is abysmally small for windows.
If you are over 90% full, updates will take a long time and you will lose endurance.

CPU isn't maxxed out, it's at 50°C while in the game it stuttered in. I have a pretty low end mobo for it but I've never had problems. SSD is empty, Windows is on a 1tb HDD. I haven't downloaded anything suspicious either. After the restart everything seems fine though. I guess something just didn't boot properly or something
