Hello everyone. This drive is fairly old now, I got it in early 2015, but I have never really had any issues with it. I noticed tonight while doing a UserBenchmark that my SSD score was lower than expected, and upon running an actual SSD benchmark on it I got some numbers which appear to indeed be quite low for a SATA III SSD.
It's a Kingston HyperX Fury 240 GB drive and it has been with me through a lot. I'm quite a noob to numbers like these, so I really don't know what I'm looking at to be completely honest, and there are so many different kinds of drives out there that research isn't doing too much to help me.
Kingston SSD now says the drive has 98% life remaining. Do I perhaps have some sort of setting or something enabled that is decreasing the performance of my drive, or are these just normal numbers and I'm worried for no reason? Don't really have the spare cash to go out and buy a new SSD at the moment.
