Everything in my pc was going smoothly until it froze due to an installation of adobe elements, which I was installing onto the SSD. I turned my pc off and turned it back on, only to be met by a “no boot device” screen.

I’ve tried everything from resetting bios, booting from windows usb to repair, and nothing works. The SSD shows up in BIOS as first priority boot device still, but doesn’t show up when I check the disk list in the command prompt.

Is the SSD corrupted? Or something else? Thanks

I just tried it and it went straight into bios. The SSD still shows up but not under boot option anymore, only under the peripherals section

Dont worry! I went out to buy a brand new SSD and my computer is working fine now. I guess my previous SSD was corrupted/faulty. Thank you though
