Best Cooler for AMD 1600 1.38V 4GHZ

Need help selecting a better cpu cooler then the spire for this cpu.

Budget 0-$100 Must come from amazon. Gift card:)

Plans in the future are to upgrade to a 2700x or next gen stuff.

Asus Crosshair VI Hero, Fits am3 and Am4 brackets.

Any information would be great. I have been out of the cooler market for some time as I usually do custom loops only, Not willing to spend the money on a custom loop for this system.

Define r6 case, I would like to close off the top and use a air cooler is possible instead of a AIO, I do not want ram clearance issues.

Coolers don't change too much. They just get rebranded. Most of them should be available on Amazon or Newegg. I personally don't like AIOs as they can leak if you're unlucky thus frying your pc. But any decent 240mm or better should get the job done.

Is there any newer options available the link you shared is very old in the tech world. Allot of the coolers are not even available.

Is one better off to just get a 240MM AIO in this day and age?
