OS on SSD smaller than OS on HDD

Partition info says my HDD drive space for OS including swap file was 50Gb, after migrating to SSD partition info says only 39Gb (including same size swap file). This is used space and not total partition size.
What gives?

Depending on what tool you use, it often leaves off irrelevant stuff.
Pagefile, temp files, etc.

I know Macrium Reflect does this.
