Hello, I have just recently acquired a gaming computer brand new and have downloaded two games:
Battlefield 1
Battlefront 2

Whenever I attempt to play these games the computer immediately crashes and gives me this error code:

"DirectX function "hr1" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED ("The video cared has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred."), GPU: "Radeon RX580 Series", Driver: 18.8.1
(18.30.01.01-180802a-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin). This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers. Also, make sure you have a supported graphics card with at least 2GB."

I am pretty sure I downloaded the latest driver, but I have no idea what to do to be honest, I could use some help! Here are my specs:

Processor 2.8 GHz
RAM 8 GB DDR4
Hard Drive 1 TB Mechanical Hard Drive
Graphics Coprocessor RadeonTM RX 580
Chipset Brand AMD
Card Description Dedicated
Graphics Card Ram Size 4 GB
Number of USB 2.0 Ports 2
Number of USB 3.0 Ports 6

Also here is a url of the exact computer:

Thank you!

Solution
Make sure the cable to video card is firmly in place on both the psu, and the gpu. Then see what happens.

If it does not work it could be the video card is not seated correctly. Pull the video card then reinstall it to the motherboard.

If neither of those things work, install an old video card if your able too. It might be a bad card.
