Hello everyone, im having trouble with my ram, for some reason it doesn't fit my slots, i have an ab350m-hdv, and the ram its a ddr4 8gb xpg gammix d10 3000mhz, I already check the characteristics of the slots, it is 288pin Ddr4 udimm And the memory it is 288pin Ddr4 udimm, so what's going on?

Solution
1. Make sure you have released the latches on the side. Some RAM won't fit when it is locked down, some will.
2. RAM is keyed in such a way that one side is shorter than the other. Make sure you are lining up the short and longs sides correctly or it won't fit.
3. Double check that you are inserting them into the right slot and not a pcie slot or something.

Can you post pictures of the RAM and slot?
