Does Windows 7 use more or less ram than Windows 10?

I'm back with Windows 7 as my OS after a long time using 10 because I feel like it is better for gaming and it also feels less demanding on the ram.

Is this true? Why?

well no wonder your games were running bad, you probobly never even updated to the version of windows 10 that gave you a gaming option. smh

Yes, I stopped the updates after version 14. something if I'm not mistaken, maybe that was it.
