You are running DDR3 1600 11-11-11-28-1T 1.5 volts
800Mhz x2 for Double Data Rate (DDR)
This should be as close to an exact match as possible: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239288
is 1600 mHz good enough, or should I upgrade? I'm probably going to buy a RTX 2070. And if im buying is there going to be a problem if I buy DDR3 1600 from a different brand?
Just going from single channel to dual channel will be quite an improvement. With an Intel CPU with DDR3 it doesn't matter all that much. If that is an AMD FX processor you need to look at replacing the whole thing.
Upgrading is one thing, replacing the memory with faster DDR3 is going to be as expensive as buying DDR4. Without knowing the CPU I can't say whether that would be worth it anyway. Many of Intel's lesser CPUs have limits on maximum memory frequency. Only the unlocked processors would let you go really fast.
