Does RX 550 4gb Works without any issues? I have to buy new power supply?

i would suggest you to get a new power supply.

180 watt is usually total wattage for 12v + 5v + 3.3v, but most of your load is @ 12V, also, small wattage unit are usually made with inferior quality, i would suggest you to get a better unit.

What are your complete system specs, also list the fully specs of the power supply (usually located on the sticker). 180 watts really is too low for pretty much any graphics card and the issue will probably come down to lack of power on the PCIe slot. I'm assuming this is a pre-built HP, Dell Etc... If that's the case then finding a replacement PSU may be difficult since alot of those brands have proprietary power supplies form factors.

Yes, Rx 550 Doesn't need Alot of power to run so as long as you have a decent 400watt PSU you are good to go.
That GPU can take all the power it need from the PCI E slot on the motherboard.

For your "500 watt energy" Doubt, It is what the Power supply is capable of, Which doesn't mean that PC will take 500Watt from the wall.
A PSU of 500 Watt with 80% efficiency can deliver 400Watt (If the components inside the PC need that much power) so don't worry the GPU will work and it won't have any problem with a 500w PSU.

180w is not made for a dedicated gpu. For rx 550 you need at least 350w quality psu.
