Hi there, as stated I've got red light above my two dram sticks, anything to worry about? Just built the computer today. At first when i booted it for the first time it showed that they were incorrectly inserted in 1/3 and on the next boot wrongly inserted in 2/4. But it boots just fine, tested playing for hours and it worked out just fine. Also thought it was the XMP but it wasnt, lights still there when i turned it off.

msi Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

Corsair dominator 16gb 3200mhz

Geforce 1080 ti

i7 8700k

Thanks!

I don't have hands-on experience with that board, specifically..... but it sounds like you're fine.

If there was a memory issue, you likely wouldn't post. Even if you did, you'd know you had an issue moreso than an LED (ie you'd only see half of your memory, or couldn't enable XMP, or system instability etc).

So i shouldnt worry? I can see them in bios, default speeds 21xx (cant remember what the numbers are) and with xmp on 3200. I Guess if it was "led = problem" then i would see incorrect numbers or it wouldnt Even go through post, right?
