The I5-4670K is capable of holding the GTX 1060 6G in the vast majority of cases (if not all). It is possible that some intensive game in CPU can get to have problems in the future but I would not change it until the case occurred.

In the event that you would like to increase your CPU without changing mobo, you could only go to a Haswell I7 like the I7-4790K. However it would be a small upgrade that I doubt would compensate you the price that these I7 are in the second hand market.
