White blinking line when booting

Hi, when I turn on my computer it all goes normally to bios screen and then I get the white blinking line for 2 seconds, afterwards it goes to the windows 7 loading screen and just before I can log into my account my monitor loses power for a bit and then I can log in. Hope I explained it good. I changed the boot order but it still does that, i dont know what else to do

Not really an issue, it's just the system taking a second to find the boot sector on your drive. Normally you should not see this, but it's not a real "issue" since the system does boot. You can check for newer BIOS and drivers for the system, may help.
